Joining Elevate Her World for this talk was such a turning point for me personally, and for the mission of The T Hive.
I will be ever grateful for the invite to share with their community. This talk called into focus a deeper understanding of who we are and what we are aiming to do with this brand.
It very often happens in conversations with clients that a topic will come up that is deeply rooted in how society perceives and receives us. It took me some time to see past my initial gut reaction of "who cares what anyone thinks of you/me". What that time allowed me was a clarity and understanding of the reaction for what it was - a response routed in fear and wanting to hide. In this talk I share my thoughts for both myself and clients on how to have a grounded take on that who cares, and turn it into a freeing declaration of who you are and what you offer to the world.
